Development costs come down with an integrated system and construction costs are being thoughtful about how you put the project together.&#8221;<br>\n<P><br>\n&#8220;What we\u2019re pushing against is the problem with speculative housing\u2014and housing in general\u2014which is people build larger homes because that\u2019s what markets well,&#8221; Tate says.<br>\n<P><br>\n &#8220;Being blunt here, they keep costs low by using cheaper materials. We\u2019re trying to invert that. Materially, it\u2019s a small house, but it\u2019s not a tiny house. The term used is &#8216;right sizing&#8217;; we\u2019re just trying to keep it as trim as we can.
